This morning I woke up around 6:15 am (not because of my “alarm clock,” Andrew) because I had to go to the bathroom!
I think this was because I finished eating at 5:15pm yesterday instead of 4pm. Lesson learned!

I fell asleep last night right before 10pm and I slept until 5:30am where Andrew, aka my “alarm clock” woke me up because he wanted to eat something.

So I weighed myself this morning and realized that I was 133lbs! Ouch!
At my lowest point eating low fat raw I weighted 117lbs!
So what am I doing wrong?
Well I’m making the same mistake that causes 99% of dieters to get fat again:

So I was having trouble sleeping (nothing unusual) last night. Finally at 2 am I decide to have a snack. Just then my two year old, Andrew, decides to wake up to nurse. After he finished he decided to stay awake.

I made a HUGE mistake last night. I made Raw Vegan Lasagna, a recipe from a gourmet raw recipe book written by prominent chefs from a New York City Raw Food Restaurant.
I knew going in that it was a high fat dish (each tiny serving has 60 grams of fat!), but now I know that it’s WAY too much fat for me to handle all at once.
