This morning I woke up around 6:15 am (not because of my “alarm clock,” Andrew) because I had to go to the bathroom!
I think this was because I finished eating at 5:15pm yesterday instead of 4pm. Lesson learned!

It is worth it!
It may seem a bit silly at first but once you realize just how important having a great night’s sleep is it really starts to make a lot more sense!

I fell asleep last night right before 10pm and I slept until 5:30am where Andrew, aka my “alarm clock” woke me up because he wanted to eat something.

I just had one of the best night’s sleep in a LONG time! Although I finished eating by 7pm yesterday, I fell asleep before 9:30pm and slept until 4:30am (I woke up to go to the bathroom, lol)
